One-on-One Results

In our 1-on-1 Training we take the same core philosophy of functional movement but are able to apply more specificity to the individual. Whether your goals are managing weight, aesthetics, or performance, we will customize and tailor your workouts specifically to you.

Train 60: (60 minutes) This is our most in-depth 1on1 offering. We combine functional fitness with isolation and physical therapy components to specifically strengthen and sculpt specific areas of the body. These sessions can be highly personalized depending on the athlete’s goals and previous fitness history. These sessions are best for someone with specific goals in aesthetics, performance, or to correct imbalances.

1 session - $130

Train 30: (30 minutes) The goal here is to create accountability while focusing on creating a general fitness base. Specific movement patterns can be addressed in these sessions. These sessions are ideal for de-conditioned or overweight athletes looking to get started safely and under the care of a Coach.

Train 45: (45 minutes) The structure here is half strength work and half metabolic conditioning. After the warmup you can expect to spend 10-20 minutes on a strength based movement. And 12-20 minutes on a conditioning workout. This would be the best fit for someone looking to increase their overall general fitness goals. This would also most prepare someone to transition to group classes if that is their goal. These are also great to add another layer of accountability to your training.
