CrossFit Workout of the day | WOD

(CrossFit WOD).

Everything needed to complete today’s WOD is provided for you by CrossFit Hollywood. We post the workout and movements so you may bring anything specific that you would like, such as your favorite shoes for running, your own jump rope, etc. The workout is always scalable for beginners and your coach will be happy to adjust it as needed to accommodate your fitness level or any physical limitations you may have.

CrossFit - Wed, May 1
Starting at 6:30p, come hang out Friday night for our First ever HAPPY HOUR! This Happy Hour is also a Taco Competition, with the winner receiving ½ off their next month's membership! (We'll provide the drinks and flour tortillas!)
 Rules: Only bring up to 10 total tacos, only one Type of taco.Hey all! General reminder that we have an   8 minute ‘Late to Class’ policy  . This means that if you're more than 8 minutes late to class, for safety purposes we'll ask you to join the following class.
