You can read about CrossFit or watch it on TV, but the best way to figure out what it’s all about is to actually experience it. To that end, CrossFit Hollywood offers a free intro session* for you to come in and check it out.
The intro session is one-on-one with a coach, so it can be scheduled at a time that is convenient for you. We’ll show you around our gym, tell you a bit more about what CrossFit entails and what you can expect when you come to our group classes, and put you through a CrossFit workout. Plan to be here about an hour, and be prepared to sweat!
