• A CrossFit Hollywood membership is great for the majority of our clients, but sometimes you might be looking for something more. If you have a specific goal in mind, we likely have the resources to help you. Our coaches are experienced and knowledgeable in a variety of areas and will be able to put together a program specific to you and your goals.

    • This program is about changing the way your body looks and is designed for people who:

      • Want to lose 25 lbs or more
      • Were previously sedentary
      • Need to build up specific muscle groups (ie for an acting job)

      We will provide one-on-one coaching and programming specific to you. Progressions will depend on your needs, ranging from beginner cardio and strength-training plans to hypertrophy programs designed to maximize muscle size.

      Program length will vary depending on your specific goals.

    • Getting stronger will make everything easier for you. Whether it be a heavy load in a CrossFit WOD or helping your friend move, there is nothing that increased strength won't help. Aimed at increasing your overall strength capacity, this program will focus on the primary power lifts: the squat, the press, the deadlift, and the bench press.

  • Designed for the athlete training for a specific event or with a specific athletic goal in mind, this program is all about maximizing your performance potential. We offer several variations of this program, including:


      Olympic Lifting Programs are 12 weeks in length and vary from 3 days a week to 4 days a week, depending on experience. Lifting instruction will occur during the daytime hours, in-between regularly scheduled classes. If these times are inconvenient, one-on-one training will be necessary. Sessions will last 1.5 hours on average.

      You will get technique cues and guidelines on nutrition to help speedy recovery. This program is designed for intermediate/advanced lifters looking to maximize their skills, NOT for beginners.


      For athletes looking to improve in the Sport of Kettlebell, our programming will help you improve your scores in the long cycle, snatch, jerk, and chair press. Learn how to maximize efficiency, increase your endurance, and dial in your technique. Overall strength will be addressed, and kettlebells will be incorporated into standard CrossFit programming to take your kettlebell training to the next level.


      For athletes ready to take their game to the next level, this option offers customized programming, including multiple WODs in a day, strength training, metabolic conditioning, joint mobility and recovery, and nutrition. We will increase your work capacity and strength, and improve your weaknesses while maintaining your strengths. Workouts will be scaled up to mimic the loads and movements seen during games competitions, including non-traditional movements that pop up from time to time.


      This program is geared to the endurance athlete with more emphasis on the oxidative (endurance type I muscle fibers) pathway. Depending on the athlete’s experience and race that they are competing in, there may be field trips involved.

      This program caters to athletes wanting to compete in events such as:

      • Running a 5k, 10k, half marathon, full marathon.
      • Triathlon: Sprint, Half, Olympic, Iron Man
      • Rowing and swimming
      • Distance biking
