CrossFit Kids combines gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across 10 General Physical Skills, with additional focus on elements that encourage bone density and balance, and coordination development. Children and Teens have a great opportunity to maximize their physical skills when exposed to this stimulus during years of peak development, and the elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement mechanics and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CrossFit Kids, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, thus creating a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

Here at CrossFit Hollywood, we will be teaching the kids all the fundamental movements with form of the greatest importance. We have a motto that “Do less better” is the best way to keep children safe, while teaching them the proper techniques that will carry over into fitness, sports, and general athletics as they get older.
We have made fitness into a “game,” creating a unique take that disguises fitness, and turns it into something children enjoy!

CrossFit Hollywood is the ONLY CrossFit in the Hollywood/Miracle Mile area with a Kids program, and we’re lucky enough to have the most dedicated coaches in the area, with the love for kids as the biggest priority.
All our coaches that will be working with the children have had background checks and have been fingerprinted. We strive to educate our coaches, and give them the best knowledge available so that proper information is transferred.
You may sign your child up for as little as 1 class per week, and as many as 4 classes per week!
The classes are 1 hour in length, 45 minutes of which will include:
-Reading/Study for the last 15 minutes of class**
*Sometimes the workout and the Game may be the same thing.
**Studies have shown that children retain more information after the stimulus of exercise has been conducted.

The first class for any child is FREE! Drop-in any time to check it out. After that, we have a package option to pay-as-you-go, or you can buy classes by the session.
CLASS PACKAGE RATE:
3-pack of classes: $75
No contract, no commitment.
* 10% discount for children of current CFHW members. 15% discount for multiple kids.
Each session lasts 10 weeks.
