    Using the SAME weights as 4 weeks ago. Try and beat the amount of reps on your AMRAP set of 95%.
    A. Back Squat
    75% 5r, 85% 3r, 95% AMRAP

    B. 5 rounds
    for time:
    20 wall ball 20/14 both parties have to hit the 10 FT target to be RX.
    5 muscle ups (sub) transition work
