    3 CTB pull ups
    5 burpees

    B. Death by:
    front squats BW/.75 BW

    1 on the 1st min
    2 on the 2nd min
    3 on the 3rd min
    4 on the 4th min etc

    Level 2 athletes:
    A. EMOM 10 min
    3 pull ups
    5 burpees (working on form)

    B. Death by:
    Front squats .75/.5BW

    Level 3 athletes:
    A. EMOM 10 min
    3 pull ups *add band/s
    3 burpees (working on form)

    B. Death by:
    Front squats .5/.25 BW
