    A. Weighted pull ups and unbroken kipping pull ups:
    1 for load
    then 10 unbroken pull ups
    1 for load
    then 15 unbroken pull ups
    1 for load
    then 20 unbroken pull ups
    1 for load
    then 25 unbroken pull ups
    Post loads as score.
    Take as much time between sets as necessary.
    B. 3 sets of
    20 GHD sit ups *15 for newbs.
    Not For Time.
