Welcome back. In Part 1 I discussed some overarching views on the implementation of CrossFit, both as a sport and as a training modality. In Part 2 I’m going to get into the nitty gritty of HOW to make the most of your CrossFit workouts.
Again, this information is not revolutionary, but perhaps some or all of these details have not been brought to your attention yet (or you need a reminder). Regardless of your goals – look better, feel better, perform better – all the supplementary facets must be in place to achieve them. Your nutrition, training, and lifestyle habits are equally important cogs in the wheel of longevity (Which is the original name for Wheel of Fortune. True story.).
