    1 person runs 400 meters. While this is going on, their partner is getting as many reps as possible of the following exercises.
    You must BOTH do each exercise before moving onto the next movement.
    Score = total amount of reps.
    1. Burpees
    2. toes to bar

    5. kbs 24/16
