    A. Squat clean, with a pause at the knee at position 2.
    For load.
    B. 3 rounds for time:
    10 hang squat snatch 95/65  *can be from high hang, or low hang
    10 OHS 95/65
    10 shoulder to over head 95/65 *can be from behind the neck, or in front, snatch grip, clean grip, jerk, press, whatever. Just get it locked out over head.
