    You just had your chance to test your 1 Rep Maxes in back squat, press and deadlift. Well now’s your chance to get those numbers up. Starting Monday, Jan 7th, we’ll be kicking off our new and improved Strength Cycle. Over the next 6 weeks we’ll be meeting every Monday and Wednesday at 8:00 to get your strength numbers through the roof. We’ve expanded the program to include Front Squats and Power Cleans as well as the Press, Bench Press, Back Squat and Deadlift (Those of you interested in participating should know either your 1 Rep, 3 Rep or 5 Rep max in all of these lifts. Talk to a coach if you don’t). Every athlete will have unique programming given to them to ensure amazing gains.

    Why should you do the Strength Cycle? Why shouldn‘t you? Being stronger makes everything easier, whether you’re doing lifts in a WOD, carrying groceries up your stairs, reloading the water jug at work, or helping your friend move a couch. If your goal is to be strong enough to Rx some of the workouts at CFHW, this will get you there.     WHEN:Every Monday and Wednesday at 8:00pm

    HOW MUCH: $25 per session, or $300. Athletes will receive 20% off their Crossfit Membership while participating in the Strength Cycle
