• NOVEMBER OLY LIFTING + STRENGTH CYCLE

    November’s quickly approaching, which means it’s time to start up another 4 weeks of Olympic Weightlifting and Strength Cycle! Beginning Monday, November 5th, we’ll be meeting every Monday and Wednesday at 7:00 pm for Oly and 8:00 pm for Strength. We’re also offering an additional time slot of 9:00 am for the Strength Cycle. Class size is capped at 6 people, so sign up sooner than later. These sessions can be done over and over depending on how much focus you want on your lifts. And remember, participants receive 25% off their Crossfit membership while they’re enrolled in these programs. So what are you waiting for? DO IT NOW!!!!
