• OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTNG + STRENGTH CYCLE

    Starting on Monday, October 1st, we’ll be launching classes in our new space! Two of them are the Olympic Weightlifting program and the Strength Cycle. These can be done separately or in conjunction with each other. Each provides programming specific to the individual, and will include detailed coaching and instruction. Sign up at the gym today!

    OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

    What: This program is designed for working on the classical movements, being Snatch, and Clean and Jerk, as well as other
    variations of these two movements *ie: Power clean, Power snatch, Power jerks, Snatch Drops, Clean pulls, Snatch Pulls etc.
    We will be working on form, and lifting weights based off of percentages.
    The entire cycle is a 12 week program that is broken down into 4 week sections.

    When: Sessions will be held 2 days a week at 7pm on Mondays and Wednesdays in the back room.
    There is a 6 person limit.

    How Much: $25 per session = $200 for 4 weeks.

    STRENGTH CYCLE:

    What: This program is designed for development of the foundational lifts, the Back Squat, Shoulder Press, Bench Press, and Deadlift.
    We will be utilizing the Wendler Strength Program that is complimentary to the Olympic Weightlifting program.

    When: Sessions will be held 2 days a week at 8pm on Mondays and Wednesdays in the back room.
    There is a 6 person limit.

    How Much: $25 per session = $200 for 4 weeks.

    Do both programs for $350

    CFHW membership will be discounted 25% with the enrollment of one or both of these programs.
