Well, now you’re in luck. On Saturday, June 2nd, we’re having Jeff Alexander back to give us another amazing SMR Clinic. SMR stands for Self Myofascial Release. It’s similar to giving yourself a massage and making everything better.

    Jeff will spend 4 hours with us going over ways to release all the tension and knots that build up over time. Utilizing tools such as foam rollers and lacrosse balls, you’ll learn self-recovery techniques to improve your range of motion and the health of your joints.
