    So, you’ve taken the plunge and have started down the road to fitness. You’ve been hitting the WODs hard and are seeing progress, but you feel like there’s something holding you back. What is it? Chances are, it’s your diet. Maybe you took the nutrition seminar but haven’t really implemented everything you learned, or maybe you just can’t remember everything you’re supposed to be doing and are now confused. That’s ok, these things take time to sink in and there’s a lot of information out there to absorb. Well now’s your chance to take that next step in improving your performance by dialing your diet. Beginning March 31st we’ll be doing a 30 day Paleo challenge called 30 Days in the Cave. We’ll start by taking all of your measurements, including body fat percentage, lean body mass, height and weight. You’ll do one of our benchmark workouts and have photos taken. We’ll also hold an informational session on Sunday, April 1st (no foolin) to make sure you have all the tools you need for your paleo journey. Then, it’s up to you to follow the primal lifestyle for the month of April. At the end of the challenge you’ll do it all over again, measurements, WOD, photos, the whole thing. Winners will be chosen based on improvements in body fat percentage/lean body mass, improvement on their WOD time, and before-and-after photos. So there you go people, get your diet in check and take the next step in your fitness journey.
