• PUNCTUALITY. OR WHY YOUR TIME IS NOT MORE IMPORTANT THAN OURS.
    posted November 17

OK people, it’s time to address an issue that is very important to us: punctuality. We aim to provide the best possible Crossfit experience to each and every one of our members. When you come to class late, this detracts from that experience for everyone in class. We don’t want to have to ignore the rest of class or make adjustments just because you’re late. We know traffic in LA can be insane, but please allow for this when planning your day. Everyone that made it on time drove here, too. Furthermore, being on time doesn’t just mean you’re in the gym by the time class starts, it means you are ready to go. If you show up 1 minute before class but still need to change or whatever else you do before you’re “ready,” you’re not really on time. Like Ty always says, there is no 6:03 class. And just to remind you, if you’re more than 10 minutes late you have to wait til the next class. So come on people, let’s be adults and be on time for class. Everyone will thank you for it, especially your trainers.
